How do our services work?

You tell us you want a website for your business or personal portfolio and what type of publishing platform you will be using. Then we will start working on your project right away. We will use free or premium template and customize it uniquely for you. If you have bought a template, please send it to us so that we can customize it exactly as a demo for you. If you want us to create a custom design from scratch, please arrange the meeting with us. Building a website from scratch may take time and resources, therefore, we will charge our customer for $500 and up. We can't charge our customer for over $1000 based on our pricing policy so if we think your design request will take a significant of time, we will cancel your order. We work based on the time we spend on coding. The longer we work on your project, the higher the price will be charged.

What do you mean by publishing platform?

Sorry for the confusion. We meant Static website or Dynamic website. Static website is a website that is written in HTML, CSS and javascript but no php. webdesign.airrayagroup.com is static website. Dynamic website is one that is written in such as PHP, ASP, JSP, etc. Some of dynamic website include CMS such as Wordpress, Magento, Drupal, Moodle, Joomla, Opencart, Prestashop and you name it.

Which one is the best for my business?

It all depends on what type of website you will need. If you want to have an online store, CMS such as Opencart or Prestashop may be the best but if you only need to display some information of your business, static website will be more than enough for you. In addition, static website is easy to maintain unlike CMS.

Do you offer web hosting too?
No, we do not offer web hosting but feel free to choose one from our references Here or you can consult to us to find which one is the best for you. If you only need to host static website, Github or Bitbucket may be the best options. We use them and many big companies use them too. Or We can choose one for you based on your requirements.
Do I have to provide necessary information to you to get started on my projects?
Yes, you do. We need information such as contents (words), logo, banner, and everything that you want to put on your website. We can create ones for you with small fee. Please make sure you have bought your own domain name.
Can I manage my website?
Absolutely! we will train you how to manage your own website. If you ever think that you don't have the time to manage your website, you can leave it to us to handle it. We charge small fee $5 for every 5 times we make small modification to your website. It is like $1 for every time we update your website, very reasonable right?
What payment method do you accept?
We use paypal for our service that cost $65-$200 or you pay cash if the cost is over $200. Don't worry, most of our design will not cost more than $65 if the website design is not complex. We will contact you to arrange the payment if the design is completed and you are happy with the design.
Do you offer a refund?
No we don't. It is because we don't charge our customer upfront. We work on the project first and once it is done, we will show our work to our customer to make sure they are happy with the design. We will make revision as many time as possible until our customers satisfy with the design. If they are happy with the design, then they can proceed to payment. If they are not happy, then they can get the design for free. Please to note that this does not include web hosting. Ask us for additional information.
